Free Shipping We offer free shipping to: Italy, all European Union countries, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
International Shipping — €35.00 For all other countries (Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Africa, South America, and the rest of the world), a flat shipping fee of €35.00 applies.
Customs Duties Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Jewelry Care All our jewelry is handcrafted with Italian artisan threads and requires special care. To extend the life of your piece, please follow these simple guidelines:
- Do not wear during showering or household chores
- Apply perfumes and body/hair care products before putting on your jewelry
- Avoid direct contact with chemicals
- Store in a clean, dry place after use
Unique Characteristics Each piece is one of a kind — small variations between items are a natural result of the handmade process. No two pieces are exactly alike.
Custom & Personalized Orders Every piece can be customized at the time of ordering — you can modify sizes, crystal colors, or bead choices. If the changes are substantial, an additional cost may apply and will be communicated before production. Please contact me before placing your order for any requests or modifications — I'd love to help!
Packaging & Gift Wrapping Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift-ready box, perfect for storage too. A jewelry care guide is included with every order. If your purchase is a gift and you'd like to include a personal message, simply specify the text at checkout — I'll be happy to add a handwritten card reading "HANDMADE WITH LOVE FOR..."
