Free Shipping We offer free shipping to: Italy, all European Union countries, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.
International Shipping — €35.00 For all other countries (Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Africa, South America, and the rest of the world), a flat shipping fee of €35.00 applies.
Customs Duties Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Jewelry Care All our jewelry is handcrafted with Italian artisan threads and requires special care:
- Do not wear during showering or household chores
- Apply perfumes and body/hair care products before putting on your jewelry
- Avoid direct contact with chemicals
- Store in a clean, dry place after use

Custom & Personalized Orders Every piece can be customized — modify sizes, crystal colors, or bead choices. Please contact me before placing your order for any requests.
Packaging & Gift Wrapping Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift-ready box, complete with a jewelry care guide. For a personal message, specify the text at checkout — I'll add a handwritten card reading "HANDMADE WITH LOVE FOR..."
